Dekima Daniels, Founder & Executive Director, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and is currently obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Organization Leadership and MBA from Phoenix University. In addition, she has over 15 years of performing arts experience as a student, teacher, and owner. Ms. Daniels has also successfully served on numerous non-profit organization committees. Ms. Daniels has over 12 years of experience managing a multi-million dollar business. (Old Navy General Manager) Ms, Daniels is also an advocate for the protection of minors pursuing an entertainment career. She has been invited to speak on numerous panels concerning careers in performing arts. Ms. Daniels currently owns Sheer Talent, LLC of Los Angeles, CA.

Roshawn Buxton, Co-Founder & Artistic Director, Ms. Buxton has thirty years of dance experience in choreography and coordinating events.  Her leadership and training in the arts, has propelled her into the local Atlanta spotlight.  Her dance company performs at such events as the Festival of Trees, The Gospel Explosion, the Miss Black Atlanta Pageant, and Gospel Super fest Christmas. Ms. Buxton currently owns N-Motion Dance, LLC where she has offered quality dance education to the South metro Atlanta communities for the past eight years. Ms. Buxton has experience constructing syllabi for age appropriate development in the arts.  Ms. Buxton has also coordinated and planned numerous events, namely, Festival of Trees, Miss Black Atlanta 2002, Riverdale High School Youth Abstinence Rally, Riverdale Parks and Recreation, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity National Black and Gold Convention, Alpha Phi Alpha Beautillion, and AAU JR Olympics.

Wendy Cole, Co-Founder & Operations Director, has over 10 years of experience as a Director of Operations. Ms. Cole currently owns Shop Chafre of Hawthorne, CA where she oversees accounting, staff training and business development. Ms. Cole has a complete knowledge of business operations as shown from the success of current business ventures. Ms. Cole is an active volunteer and mentor for Living Waters Church of Chatsworth, CA, as well as to numerous performing arts schools in the Los Angeles area. Ms. Cole successfully drives fundraising efforts for several non-profit organizations, namely Faith Baptist. Ms. Cole has excellent communication skills and a passion for positively impacting the lives of children and young adults. Ms. Cole is a licensed cosmetologist and notary and has worked for over 10 years in the entertainment industry.
